How much does social media management cost?

According to price lists published by Israeli freelancers and digital agencies, social media management for a business usually costs ₪1,500–₪7,000 a month. A freelancer typically charges ₪800–₪3,000, an agency ₪2,500–₪7,000. Socialist's plans are ₪299–₪799 a month, and you can start free.

Prices checked on 18 October 2026.

What drives the price?

  • How much content

How many posts, stories and reels go out each month. Video is usually the most expensive part.

  • How many networks

Instagram alone, or Facebook, TikTok and more as well — every network adds work.

  • Design and production

Ready-made templates or custom on-brand design, on-site photo shoots and video editing.

  • Extra services

Replying to comments and messages, paid campaigns and performance reports. They raise the price of a package — and sometimes they're exactly what a business needs.

The comparison: freelancer, agency, scheduling tool or Socialist

Freelance social media manager

Monthly price: ₪800–₪3,000

What you get:
One person who knows your business: plans, writes and designs, and sometimes replies to comments too.
Keep in mind:
Volume is limited to one person's time, and professional video is sometimes priced separately.

Digital agency

Monthly price: ₪2,500–₪7,000

What you get:
A whole team: strategy, design, video, paid campaigns and reports.
Keep in mind:
Suits a business with a large marketing budget — the price grows with every network, shoot and campaign.

Do it yourself with a scheduling tool

Monthly price: Tens to a few hundred shekels

What you get:
Planning and scheduling posts, sometimes help with writing.
Keep in mind:
The ideas, photos, design and video are still yours to make — and that's the part that takes the time.

Socialist

Monthly price: Free to start, ₪299–₪799

What you get:
Designed posts, stories and reels with Hebrew voiceover from your photos, a content plan and recommended times. Paid plans also publish to Instagram (Facebook too from the Pro plan) — only after you approve.
Keep in mind:
It doesn't reply to comments and messages or run paid campaigns, and TikTok isn't supported yet. No photographer comes on site: content is built from the photos and videos you upload.

Which one fits your business?

If you need someone to answer customers in comments and messages, run paid campaigns or come to shoot on site, a freelancer or an agency will suit you better.

If what you mainly need is steady, professional content — posts, stories and reels — without paying thousands a month or doing it all yourself, that's exactly what we built Socialist for.

Your first post, story and video are on us — no credit card.
