Cancel a transaction

Send a cancellation notice for your subscription or ongoing transaction, per Israel's Consumer Protection Law.

What you should know

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time — the fastest way is from the subscription page in your account, where cancellation is immediate.
  • Once we receive your cancellation notice, charges stop within 3 business days at most (or 6 business days if the notice was sent by registered mail).
  • Cancellation stops future charges. Your subscription and everything you paid for remain available until the end of the paid period — the current billing period and unused allowances are not refunded.
